Also available is a large TV, DVD and Home Cinema system with Mp3 connection, and a Playstation for younger visitors, or those that are young at heart! We have a selection of books and DVDs.

Luxurious new carpets were fitted early in 2011.



The Kitchen area is equipped with an oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine. NEW for 2011 is a tumble dryer.

Between the Lounge and Dining areas, central pine stairs lead to the two bedrooms of which one contains a double bed and the other twin single beds. Both bedrooms are fitted with total blackout Velux blinds to ensure that you enjoy a comfortable night of sleep even in the height of summer. These rooms were also fitted with new carpets at the start of 2011.

The shower room is located on the ground floor and now benefits from a new heated towel rail.

The cottage is heated by modern controllable storage heaters on the ground floor and electric heaters on the first floor.

Externally, the large grassed area is available to enjoy the beautiful views and the surrounding mixed woodland. Outdoor seating is provided at the front and rear of the cottage to enjoy the sun in the morning and evening.

The cottage is accessed via a private tree-covered lane to a private parking area (for 1 car - if you require parking for more than 1 car there is further space on the lane immediately beyond the cottage). There is an outdoor drying area is adjacent to Benmore cottage for your convenience.
