2021 Tariff:
April - £360 per week including electricity and wi-fi.
May - £440 per week including electricity and wi-fi.
June, July and August - £490 per week including electricity and wi-fi.
September - £440 per week including electricity and wi-fi.
October - £400 per week including electricity and wi-fi.
Parties of 2 or less - we offer a £20 per week reduction.
Bookings of 2 weeks or longer - we offer a £20 reduction from week 2 onwards.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required, and any remaining balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or by Cheque (or by Paypal subject to a surcharge).

Whilst we are in the Covid-19 pandemic period we request that you provide your own bed linen and towels. Whilst we appreciate the inconvenience, the health of our guests is our priority and we are allocating all the available time in-between guests to implement enhanced cleaning protocols. If you cannot bring those items, e.g. you are arriving by air or bike(!) please let us know.
We are committed to guest safety and we have implemented a comprehensive cleaning and sanitisation procedure in line with the highest standard of guidelines in the self catering industry. We use anti-viral and anti-bacterial cleansing agents in between guests. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your safety.
